The Chilli Pickle; The tastiest Indian cuisine out of India (and great for a carbohydrate fiend like myself)!

Best kept secret about Brighton is…
Here are a few (uninteresting) secrets which I hope you don’t know about:
1. The Brighton and Hove Chess Club is one of the oldest in Britain
2. Back in those days, the city was known as Bristelmestune
3. A 2011 study suggested that Brighton is the happiest place for children to live (not sure who the study was by but I like it!)

I know my client is happy when…
They give great feedback, lots of smiles, but most of all when they tell me they are happy.

You wouldn’t know it but I’m good at…
Doing accents. That’s not true. I’m terrible. However I can do rather a good impression of the singing mice from Babe.
