It's Christmas!! Siestas are over, work is finished and it’s time to up the tempo!

This year Pretty Clever Events launches the most exciting Christmas party theme yet – exotic, sexy and exciting... Break for the Border is the house theme for the season, so grab a margarita and join the party!

Arrive to the exciting sounds of Spain - guitars and trumpets as Mariachi plays in the background. Grab yourself a margarita and sombrero and launch yourself into our carnival atmosphere as we set the tone for this year’s Mexican fiesta party. Our fabulous Latino dancers will be on hand to show you the moves, tequila holstered shot girls circle dangerously, stunning stilt walkers amaze and a fire dancer are all on the agenda.

Lighting transforms the room into a fairyland of Mexican ambience...pink, rose and cerise washes paint the walls with vivid displays of colour.

Fabulous Mexicano band Pollito Boogaloo hit the floor playing vivid latino music! Drawing from classic 60s mariachi, vallenato and puya and mixing in a little Mexican brujeria... you’ll be stamping your feet and shouting ‘ariba, ariba’ before you know it!

Food is served; a mixture of canapé platters circulating the room and hot Mexican buffet. Once your appetites have been sated, Pollito Boogaloo strike up again, before the final bow as the DJ takes over and you have a chance to win big at our fun casino tables!

CANAPES

Jalapeno Peppers - Small hot jalapeno peppers filled with cream cheese in a crumb coating

Mexican Crostini - Crisped bread topped with salsa, guacamole, and soured cream

Corn Bread - Corn Bread served with grilled cheese


MAIN COURSES

Chilli beef Wraps - tortilla rolled with dill and soured cream

Fajita Chicken - with salsa and guacamole

Avocado fritters - avocado wedges in a fajita with spiced crumb

Tortilla Chicken - chicken breast strips in crushed tortilla coating

Mexican bean fritters - Mexican bean mix blended with potato and onions

Spicy potato wedges - potato wedges, fried crisp with a dusting of spices


DESSERT

Mexican doughnuts - with cinnamon sugar and chocolate dipping sauce



Our shared party nights are 10 and 17 December and the tickets are only £29.50 pp!!
From 7.30pm until 1am

Location and access
The venue is Brighton’s fabulous Karma Bar in Brighton Marina, easily accessible with good parking, taxi service and regular public transport to Brighton including an all night bus service.
