Accommodation
At the end of the day you’ll need somewhere for your delegates to lay their weary heads. It could be part of your conference venue, or somewhere separate but we can help you find the best beds for your group. Complete our venue search form for help with this too.
Transportation
As a TIDs registered company and with a wide selection of transportation options we can assist with any or every part of your journey. Whether it’s flights, coaches, boats or limos we can make the arrangements.
Production and AV
Need a little pizzazz to get the message across? Screens, lights, sound, action, set design – we’ve got it all and can provide pre-visual representation to cut down site visits and maximize your own time. Perhaps you are planning an exhibition and need shell schemes or exhibition furniture. Contact us for full event and conference production values.
Logistics
