As part of the Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival 2009, Pretty Clever Events launched Open House Dining, a unique and exciting opportunity for foodies. If you fancy yourself as a bit of a chef, or would rather have a good old nose at someone’s house and kitchen, and eat there too, then this is just the thing for you.
Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival has now announced a new event for the Brighton calendar. From Monday 15 - Sunday 21 March 2010, a mini festival will take place in the city to celebrate and support the best local producers and restaurants. And of course, Open House Dining is back!
For those of you who don’t know, Open House Dining is a new concept in food lovers’ hospitality. Hosts throw open their homes and kitchens, cooking up a delicious dinner, and guests come and eat in them, buying tickets through us for their chosen menu. But they will have NO idea whose house they’re going to, nor who they’re eating with!
Following the smash-hit success of the September menus we are now re-launching for 2010, and encouraging all budding chefs to be creative with their menus!
