The Chocolate Challenge
This challenge simulates a complete business process from initial concept through to design, production, marketing and promotion. Achieved in a light-hearted and highly creative environment and requires co-operation, mental and artistic skills (and several pounds of chocolate!).
Divided into teams of approximately five, participants will undertake various challenges; ranging from piping names on chefs’ hats (in chocolate, of course) to producing chocolate self-portraits and creating an original branded box of chocolates. Do you think your employees are able to seek out a gap in the chocolate box market and come up with an original product to fill it?
This challenge turns their ideas into reality - from constructing and decorating the box, making the chocolates from raw ingredients, calculating their profit margin and even filming a TV commercial!
