Our emphasis is on luxury styling, guest comfort, customer service and ease of booking at the forefront of the product offering. We understand every festival and large event is a unique piece of architecture with complex parameters and which our strong and growing team is able to facilitate.

The FANCY CAMP strategy now means we have an advanced large-scale stock offering that can be swiftly constructed, so we can focus on the attention to detail, interior styling and optimising the guest experience and comfort.

FANCY CAMP can consist of Bell tents, Yurts, Emperor Tents, Safari Tents, Gypsy Bow Tops, Container Cabins, Tipis, Vintage Tents – there are so many options available and the good news is we have something for everyone.

We can design, facilitate and manage the quirkiest of ideas.

Our full-service offering includes anything from artisan street vendors to fine dining catering packages that have been tailored to suit your brief, theme and budget. Great food begins with great ingredients, which is why we build strong relationships with talented local suppliers, ensuring we get the highest quality fresh produce that hasn’t travelled halfway around the globe to reach you.

    The FANCY CAMP Pamper zone has every thing you need to get glam, freshen up and ease your way into the day or night.

    Kitted out with full length mirrors, hair dryers and pamper stations this Scandi Boho space is the perfect pit stop.

    The successful planning and delivery of FANCY CAMP and the safety of our guests is our number one priority. We have an experienced Events and Production team on hand should you need us to tentatively manage all areas of event safety in order to deliver a safe and successful event.

    HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMODATE IN YOUR POP UP HOTELS?
    The size of our boutique hotels can vary, it may be a smaller Pop Up for 100 guests or a large festival that needs to accomodate 1000+. We will work with you to achieve what is necessary.
    WHAT STRUCTURES CAN YOU PROVIDE?
    We have Bell Tents, Emporer Tents and Tourag Tents. For our Festival FANCY CAMP we can also offer Yurts, Airstreams, Vintage Tents, Gypsy Bow Tops and Containers.
    WE NEED SUPPORT WITH EVERYTHING - CAN YOU HELP?
    Well that’s a big fat YES from us. The bonus of working with us is that we have a team that is very expereinced in working within Green Field Festivals and events and the perameters that necessary to adhere to. From Production and Helath & Safety through to a fully trained Reception team, and Caterers to Toilet and Shower Providers. We are passionate about supporting our clients and helping you create great events.
