CEO & Founder

Sam leads on Concept Design, Purchasing, Creative Styling and Accommodation. With 30 years of Party Planning, Hotelier, Production and Event Management in outdoor spaces and venues on her side Sam knows exactly how she likes things to look and how to facilitate an event. With a wealth of experience in the provision of luxury pop-up tented structures for festivals, corporate events, private parties and weddings Sam has a strong focus on innovation and exceptional event delivery.

Head Of Client Services

Hil loves to chat with our clients and believes that good communication is key to delivering exceptional services and events. She has 20 years leading Corporate Events & Sponsorship Programmes bringing with her a wealth of systems and processes to drive business forward. Hilary has the ability to bring out the best in people and brands and loves to bring teams together to achieve excellant results in sometimes challenging environments.

Head of Customer Experience

Darren is passionate about customer service and has a clear vision and eye for detail when it comes to delivering an exceptional and unique experience for our guests. Having worked as both a retailer and supplier he understands the importance of building strong relationships within our hospitality business and incorporating sincerity and integrity into our boutique hotel buisness.

Team Lead & Warehouse Operations.

Adele is our Quality Control. She has been with the team for a few years and knows exactly how she likes things to look both in our warehouse and out in the field!  The Cleanlines and hygiene of our stock is at the top of Adeles list and when it comes to signing off the tents before guests arrive then rest assured she has the eyes of a hawk and places great effort in ensuing that good standards are met! As Crew Mum, Adele looks after our team as if they are her own brood, everyone business needs an Adele.

Adele loves a bargain and is Ebays number 1 fan | Partial to a game of tennis | Also loves a belly laugh | Enjoys an icydry pink wine with the girls.
