We had a cracking time last night putting together a launch event for asset management giants Brewin Dolphin. As a company that manages billions within their portfolios, it was vital to get the right ingredients for this first product launch, the client event!
In the weeks prior to the event date, we’d had meetings with Brewins to identify and advise on the best way to present the launch. The company were keen to highlight the ‘bespoke’ nature of their services, so we put together an event that really focused on that. Apart from the champagne reception, we brought in a cocktail bar for guests to learn to make their own cocktails, with flair bartenders for more fun! With the catering, aside from the platters circulating for ease of nibbles, we also offered guests a chance to create their own bespoke canapes with tiny breads etc to pile delicious toppings onto. The jazz duo created a ‘menu’ of numbers that guests could select from and we also offered a fantastic bespoke perfume option – guests pick their top, middle and bottom notes to create their very own perfume which is created on the spot for them and they can take away. They name their scent and the ‘recipe’ is kept forever, meaning they can order the perfume again in the future
The event was a roaring success, with clients excited to see where Brewin Dolphin operated from, and everyone really entered into the spirit of the event, enjoying getting involved in creating their own things as they went along! More events planned with these guys in the future… watch this space
