I love this programme, in fact anything food related that encourages the good the bad and the ugly to create culinary masterpieces – interspersed with some sweat, stress and sweltering stoves has to make for some good viewing.
I have learned today that the junior master chef selection process is soon to take place. The competition aims to find and encourage talented young cooks who have a flair for making exceptional food from scratch. In each heat the children will have an hour and will be challenged to cook a two-course meal (main and pud). There are even rumours that a budding young chefs can try their hand at ‘The Invention Test’, Heston eat your heart out!
It’s made me want to remind you all again about our culinary events that we facilitate, Cocktail Masterclass, Vodka Tasting, Chocolate Challenge, the Epicurian (food tasting game), The Sushi Matsuri, Whiskey Champagne and Beer tasting, the Canape Challenge, Hells Kitchen and Beat the Bartendor. You see we know what people like and whether you are a group on a hen or stag party, a group of like minded friends or a corporate group wanting to do some team building there is definitely some delicious options available.
