Ok – if you have any blurred memories of Brighton the chances are you’ve had a Tuaca experience of some description or other! I for one have certainly had many an evening sprinkled with Tuaca madness – all many moons ago of course!
For those of you that don’t know what it is it’s a vanilla liqueur, which is especially popular in Brighton and is today heading out on a round-the-country experiential push. A gorgeous and very excited sampling team, known as the ‘Tuaca Riders’, will be travelling across the UK in a Tuaca van, visiting 19 towns over the next eight weeks.
The aim of the roadshow is to target snowboarding and surfing enthusiasts, following its sponsorship of the Relentless Boardmasters Festival, and the Free Sports on 4 Freeze Festival in 2009.
According to the Event Magazine blog today Charlotte Ashburner, senior brand manager at Tuaca owner Brown-Forman said “Although Tuaca’s roots will always remain in Brighton, we are looking forward to bringing a free taste of Tuaca to the UK and exposing the brand to new consumers in our key regions.”
