Feedback is crucial to our development, as a company and as individuals – whilst it is always a joy to hear positive feedback it is important that none of us become complacent and with that in mind we listen and embrace comments whatever they might be – constructive criticism is as important as positive.
Anyway – this morning I opened a lovely letter from one of our clients which I wanted to share with you all, ‘positive’ feedback all the way – super and a fabulous way to start the day!

Following on from the event you organised with us at the end of September, I just wanted to take the time to write and thank you for your creativity and support both on the day, and in the lead up to it.
The event has received lots of fantastic feedback from both our staff and our senior managers that were hosting the evening. The props that you provided for us were great, they were good quality, made a dramatic impact and created a really effective backdrop to the venue. Tony and his crew of actors on the evening were really professional and led the evening through the murder mystery perfectly, which meant this went down brilliantly with our people. And finally, you and the girls in your team were really helpful on the night too, making sure everything ran smoothly. fantastic event management.
Yours & ashleighs support and creativity in the lead up to the event was spot-on and really appreciated from our side of things. Another great evening had all around.
