December seems such a long time away now that we’ve all got our heads stuck back into client files. Today at HQ it’s rainy, grey and frankly everything you’d expect from an early January day so what better to brighten the mood than some more scrummy feedback from a client we worked with in December. Our brief was to create a Winter Wonderland and as with any job we do there was always going to be a challenge or two!
This time the challenges we faced were; a tight budget, the venue was an old church (great but doesn’t necessarily lend itself well to sub zero conditions and a full production set up) and the kitchen was, well non-existent so we set up a catering area in a space the size of a wardrobe! But phased we were not, it appears that we achieved everything the client wished for and more…

I would like to thank you all so much for the wonderful Christmas party you organised for us. The venue looked truly amazing, the food and wine was excellent, and the service was faultless (and unobtrusive).
I have received so many comments from our staff saying what a wonderful party it was, in fact the best we have had to date, so I am delighted! Our Managing Director thought the party was fantastic.
I have to say I was very impressed with the amount of Pretty Clever staff that were on site during the evening, ensuring that everything was running smoothly and this made me feel very confident and allowed me to relax and enjoy myself completely.
Please pass my thanks onto everybody involved, particularly the caterers – everyone said the food was delicious and the band for entertaining us.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you (and your families) a very Merry Christmas!
