I opened a letter this morning and had a lovely bit of feedback form a client whose event we have been working on for 3 years now – yep, we contracted it back in 2008! We had in excess of 500 guests from all over the world attending the World Congress which lasted 3 days and included a conference, exhibition, awards and a grand gala dinner. the event was held at the Hilton Brighton Metropole and the Brighton Centre.  I like it when we get feedback, it always means a lot and so I thought I would share it with you all.

Dear Sam

Thanks you so very much to you and your team for making our Gala Dinner at the close of Airmed World Congress 2011 such a success – you were there and so witnessed it for yourself but I could not have asked for more! The evening went extremely smoothly and the setting with all its little extras was just right.

As you know, Airmed has been established for thirty years, but this was the first time that the congress has taken place in the UK and the first to have been hosted by a charity. As such it was particularly important to us to make sure that it was a success. Your help was significant in helping us to achieve this and we had many very favourable comments on the evening.

I hope that at some point we will have the opportunity of working with you again and once again, my very sincere thanks.
