I went for a hard hat tour of the new grandstand at Fontwell Race Course last week and have to say I mightily impressed. We work with the events team at Fontwell a lot and support their Clients with additional services such as team building, entertainment, race night packages and theming.

The type of things we have done there before are plenty. Company conferences, the new space will accommodate in excess of 300 delegates indoors (not bad eh?!), Hollywood/Oscars award evenings, numerous team building events from old school sports days and away days to drumming workshops, hosted gala dinners (with room indoors for 250 seated), star clothed backdrops, casino tables and a whole host of entertainment from paparazzi to elegant stilt walkers.
The Premier Grandstand is scheduled to open in August 2010. Race meetings will continue throughout the construction programme with temporary hospitality/bars/catering facilities in place when necessary.
